RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

We hope your order is what you expected! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, merchandise may be returned or exchanged at the Montreal flagship A.S.98 store (2065 Crescent Street), or via our free return/exchange program, provided it is: (1) unworn with tags attached, (2) in its undamaged original packaging, (3) accompanied by the original receipt and (4) within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.

Final sale merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. Damaged or worn merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.

To obtain a free return or exchange via FedEx please call Sixteenclohting Canada’s Customer Care  or contact us by email (?) to be issued a pre-paid return slip. Other return shipping methods/services are not covered in our free return policy and will be at the Customer’s own expense.

Please note that the A.S.98 shoebox cannot be used as the shipment packaging. Please insert the shoebox inside another box or shipping bag and adhere the shipping return label.
